Initially called about a leak coming from our roof. When they inspected the roof it was found to be in worse condition than thought. The lads clearly explained what they found, what that meant and provided photos of the damage they found. Despite a late start (due to no fault of Easy Way), the work was done quickly and we were kept in the loop of how long the work would take.
When additional problems were found with the roof, this was clearly explained with photos and how much longer it might take to fix and what it would add to the cost. The lads helped us make the best decision on what to do with these additional problems. The roof has been left in amazing condition and looks much better than when they started. Easy Way even provided images of the finished work we could reference.
