This Victorian period property in Linlithgow originally had traditional Scotch slates. As the property is located within a Conservation Area, Planning Permission was required before changing the roof covering to Spanish slates. The new Spanish slates provide a smoother, sleeker finish while still complementing the character of the property and surrounding area.
